Since my whole household got sick over the past few months, I decided to make a list of things you shouldn’t do while sick (mostly because I recover faster than they do, so I feel like the most appropriate person to write said list).
DON’T use the same glass or mug (or bowl, you know who you are) all day. Your mouth is pretty much salivating germs at this point, knock it off.
